What does the term immersive learning experience mean to you? Check out the below video of students learning Mandarin in an immersive learning environment, with the help of artificial intelligence. This project is taking place at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
This simulated experience allows students to practice foreign language skills in a restaurant, garden, or class. There are tools within the experience that allow the learner to compare their pronunciation and pitch tone against what is ideal.
