A Network of Experts: From Content Curation to Insight Curation

Das erste Thema des Artikels ist, wenn man so will, Organisationsentwicklung: neue Formen des Miteinanders, Expertennetzwerke, “wirearchy” als zeitgemäße Antworten auf die neuen Rahmenbedingungen (VUCA). Das zweite Thema betrifft die notwendige technische Infrastruktur, damit der Austausch unter Experten und in Netzwerken auch funktioniert. Hier kommt jetzt „insight curation“ ins Spiel. Es baut auf „content curation“, also der Auswahl und Sammlung von Informationen, auf, will aber auch die Erfahrungen, Ideen und den Kontext der Experten im Umgang mit diesen Materialien aufnehmen. Also all das, was im Alltag Bookmarks, Textmarker und gelbe Postits festhalten, was es aber in der Regel nicht in den organisationsweiten Austausch schafft.

Einerseits ist „insight curation“ also eine unmittelbar einleuchtende Idee. Andererseits aber sehr nahe an dem, was Enterprise Social Networks, News-Streams und Hashtags, richtig eingesetzt und genutzt, leisten können. Aber die Autoren wollen vielleicht nicht nur einen neuen Begriff, sondern auch eine neue Software-Lösung (Pandexio) promoten.
