Since I began using Adobe Captivate 2019 Release, I’ve noticed that when I place a highlight box over a portion of the screen, it appears to shift position when I view the published project.
Here’s an example:
This is a portion of the screen in the cptx file.
This is the same portion of the same slide, published as html5 in Google Chrome. Notice that the red highlight box appears to be 1 or 2 pixels higher and to the left, than the screen object behind it.
I’ve never experienced this issue with previous versions of Captivate. But now this positioning discrepancy occurs every time. I’m using the 2019 Release, 22.214.171.1246
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks to anyone who could provide any insight into it.

When I insert a Smart Shape, such as a rectangle, how do I chose a fill color?
This is a baffling issue because I’m sure I’ve done this before, but now I don’t see any option to do it. On the Properties panel, I see an option to change the transparency, and options to edit the text within the shape, but I don’t see a way to change the fill color. I must be missing something obvious.

Hi. I’m wondering whether it’s possible to publish a Captivate 2019 file in HTML5, with text that users can select, such as to copy and paste.
I’m referring to text in text captions and shapes. I’ve tried assigning variables to the text but the published results are always the same. I can’t select the text in the published output, even when I’ve published it as HTML5.
Any answers or insights would be much appreciated. Thank you.
